Hie there.
I am currently working on creating a medical ontology for tropical disease management system. Well, I’ve completed on the ontology on tropical diseases. However, I’m stuck in the final part of my project in which I need to create a website that answers to questions related to the ontology. Do you have any idea on how to integrate the ontology rdf file into creating a website? Please do let me know if you’ve any idea.

Nice post! I am quite in agreement with these points. I do think though, that small data will be large this year. I expect there to grow a very serious long tail on that area. Discovery in the linked world is no problem (just walking the graph), but since links are unidirectional, the long tail will indeed most certainly require good discovery tools. It will be interesting to see how that will play out. Initiatives like OpenTox, CKAN, Science3.0′s Open Data, etc, might become more important than we give them to be now.
